Our youth strength and conditioning program is great for kids and teens whether they are currently involved in sports or not. This program is based off of our very successful CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting programs. Your child will build strength, power, coordination, and most importantly self confidence that will carry over in sports and life. With individualized coaching for each child they will never feel “lost in the shuffle.” Have them try a few classes before you decide on officially joining. This program is great for all skill levels from absolute beginners in the gym to multi sports athletes.
