40 One armed OHS with a Kettlebell or dumbbell
Then 3 round
10 Push ups
10 pull ups
20 pass through
Shoulder Day!

10 minutes EMOM- (Bar starts on the floor)
3 push jerks
Increase weight as you go

6 Rounds for Time
10 Handstand push ups (sub dumbbell presses)
10 ring dips
20 Double unders
8 Dumbbell Thruster
