Full time coaching available. Get the full Weightlifting experience with our team of coaches dedicated to building champions!

Hands on workshops where we spend time breaking down the lifts in a group setting. Follow us on Instagram @trainharderbarbellclub for information on the next seminar near you!

Start them young! Technique is our number one priority, we make sure that our kids are learning Weightlifting in a safe, positive, and fun environment. Once our youth athletes show competency in the lifts, then we can add weight and start developing their strength!

3 day/week or 5 day/week programming is available. Programs are designed for athletes to work at their own pace which allows them to see continued progress. Once you become a member, you will be able to log in to our training app to see your workout for the day and keep track of your gains!

Get your kids off the couch and moving around by bringing them to Train Harder! Every summer we offer a 3 day/week Strength and Conditioning Camp where kids can learn the fundamentals of proper exercise. This includes, Weightlifting, CrossFit, Speed and Agility, and more! Perfect for kids ages 8-12! Too old for Summer Camp? We offer High School Weightlifting Camps year round! A perfect opportunity for those looking to compete in the sport of Weightlifting at their High School. Get ready for your upcoming season or stay in shape during holiday breaks!
